Studies on the Determination of Tocopherol in Foods(¥±)


Abstract
Departmnt of Hygine Thinlayer chromatographic technique and specto photo metric method were used to detemination of ¥á-tocopherol in foods. The absorbance of spectro photometric method adn measured 520m¥ì.
As the results, its was obtained that the contents of ¥á-tocopherol in vegetables, seed nuts and furits were 0.05~2.58mg%. Especially it shows 2.58mg% in ginko seed. 0.05mg% in mushroom and Garland chrycanthemum.
